All prospective bidders must attend the two (2) sites listed on the NIB: BARBARA PHELPS COMMUNITY SCHOOL and MULBERRY EARLY EDUCATION CENTER. Vendors are required to sign in on the sign-in sheet provided by the superintendent and must be present for the entire walk at each of the specified locations.

Scope of Work

The tenant improvement project involves work at Frost Early Education Center, Mulberry Early Education Center, Barbara Phelps Community School, and Norma Covert Early Education Center. Frost EEC, Mulberry EEC, and Barbara Phelps CS will receive improvements consisting of controlled entry systems, HVAC replacements, structural ceiling enhancements, parking lot upgrades, path of travel improvements, drop-off area enhancements, and minor restroom renovations. In addition to this shared scope, Mulberry EEC will include the installation of an owner-furnished playground structure. Barbara Phelps CS will require the furnishing and installation of a shade structure, bleachers, and basketball court improvements, including crack filling, seal coating, and restriping. Norma Covert EEC will receive HVAC replacement/upgrades only.
