PREQUALIFICATION IS REQUIRED FOR THIS PROJECT, BIDDERS MUST BE FULLY PREQUALIFIED AND APPROVED PRIOR TO FEBRUARY 10, 2026.

A COMPLETE SET OF HARD COPY DOCUMENTS CAN BE ORDERED FROM A&I REPROGRAPHICS. IF YOU WOULD LIKE A DIGITAL DOWNLOAD AT NO CHARGE PLEASE FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS BELOW TO CONTACT PUSD.

If you require a PRINTED HARD COPY of the project, please notify A & I with your request.

If you require a DIGITAL DOWNLOAD LINK at No Charge, this can be obtained from PUSD. 

There are two ways contractors can access the bid documents.  Either via electronic download from PUSD website or by purchasing full sets of hard copies from A&I Reprographics. 

To see the list of contractors and plan rooms who downloaded documents from the PUSD website, please go to www.pusd.org/go/purchasing.  You will click on “Capital Facilities” from the menu on the right-hand side of the page.  Next, click on “Bid Projects” and then click on "Advertised Bid Projects" on the left-hand side.  You will be outed to ebidboard.com  You have to click on the project name and then there should be a plan holders list at the bottom.
